At Priority Pest Protection we let our service sell itself. Unlike other Nashville area pest and termite control companies, we do not require you to sign long term contracts and we guarantee you high quality service. Our exterminators care about keeping your home clear of nuisance pests and providing superior service. Our termite inspections are free of charge and we do not utilize high pressure sales tactics. Many times, we do not find wood destroying organisms. If we do find termites, we will offer treatment options available.
Our service comes fully warranted, with no strings or contracts attached. The quality of our service and the care our exterminators take in protecting your home is what keeps your business.
We won’t put your family at risk by using unsafe chemicals in our pest and termite treatments. Our company won’t promise what we can’t deliver. We won’t surprise you with hidden charges. We will let our education and experience develop the best solution for your pest problems. As a family owned and operated company our office staff and on site exterminators take pride in making every customer our first priority.
Our founder and owner, Toby Lane, started in the extermination business working for Orkin from 1991 to 2001. He gained tremendous experience and knowledge there. In April of 2001, Toby opened Priority Pest Protection. Initially, he was a one man show. According to Toby, “Thanks to cell phones, when I first opened the company, I was secretary, technician, and salesperson all rolled into one.” Toby can still be found doing what he loves—working out in the field—but his main job now is to orchestrate the show.

“Priority Pest presented the best price and offered to provide more services for that price. …We like the fact that we have the same technician every time and when I call the response is quick. When we call their office a person answers the phone and not a machine. We highly recommend this local Mt. Juliet company to anyone considering Pest Service.”
